1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the candy918 website accessible at https://candy918.onl together with all services offered on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the services of candy918.
• "Account" refers to the personal account of a user registered on the candy918 platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual money deposits made by users for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or rewards given by candy918 to users in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

2. User Eligibility

• candy918 reserves the right to request copies of identification documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time.

The account password is entirely the user's responsibility. Users are advised to use a strong password and not share login details with any party. candy918 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account caused by the user's own negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

candy918 supports local Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all payment methods. No maximum limit is set in general, however specific limits may apply based on the chosen method. Deposits are usually credited to the account instantly or within a short period.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to the relevant KYC requirements.

• Users are responsible for providing correct account details when making a withdrawal. candy918 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
• candy918 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending investigation if there is suspicious activity on an account.

• Any taxes or charges imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

candy918 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the more specific promotion terms will apply.

Welcome Bonus: candy918 offers a 150% first deposit bonus of up to RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 earns a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250 with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 25 = RM3,750. For a deposit of RM600, the bonus is RM300, bringing your balance to RM900 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

• The bonus will only be credited once the minimum qualifying deposit has been made and the account verification requirements have been met.
• The wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• candy918 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings if there is any misuse of the bonus system.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per user, per household and per device.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

6. Game Rules

All games on the candy918 platform operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers. Users are encouraged to understand the rules of each game before playing with real money.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game, candy918 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wagered amount to the user.
• Any form of fraud, collusion, use of assistance software, bots or other unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• candy918 uses a monitoring system to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Accounts suspected of involvement in such activity will be suspended while an investigation is carried out.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed unless permitted by the rules of the relevant game.

For sports betting, candy918 reserves the right to adjust odds before official results are announced. If the displayed odds are the result of a clear technical error, candy918 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the wagered amount.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Any financial loss incurred through the use of the platform, including betting losses.

• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

In any circumstance, the maximum liability of candy918 to any user shall not exceed the amount of the active deposit in the user's account at the time the claim is made.

11. Governing Law

candy918 operates under international licensing. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is registered. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing body.
